UpToDate is an excellent resource for researching objectives. It’s a website meant to provide resources to learn the most current information regarding specific diseases and treatments. It’s targeted toward providers, but it can be very useful for learning about diseases and their treatments. It lacks some of the depth needed for some objectives, but when it has content it’s usually relevant and useful. This is especially true for current disease treatment and diagnosis guidelines. Some facilitators feel it is inaccurate, but it is widely accepted and used by providers. UpToDate also cites its information, so you can follow those links to read the original papers if you want to.
