General
Pretest questions are the same as most practice questions during your first year. They can be helpful for figuring out where your weaknesses are, but they often cover things that are relevant for step but outside of the scope of the block itself during M1. It requires your own discretion when working through these questions to figure out which ones you should study. Generally look for ones related to the block content.
Block 3
Block 3 covers a wide range of topics and almost all of neuro is fair game as long as it’s Step 1 relevant. Pretest really shines here because it also has a wide range and is step focused. It’s not a must, but it’s very useful in block 3 for neuro.
